The crowds grew thick and lustrous on the third day of the AVN Expo today ... and so did the goody bags. Fans gorged themselves on autographed posters and 8 x10 glossies, DVD samplers, pens, keychains, candy, condoms, lube packets, moist towelettes, lip balms, and other assorted schwag bearing the likeness of their favorite pornstar or studio logo, all the while waiting in lines to snap as many awkwardly posed photos of themselves with the women of their dreams as possible. And when girls get up on stages and start throwing free objects at the crowd, things can get potentially ugly. (Or potentially sexy. That whole ugly/sexy divide becomes ever narrower the longer we stay here.)

Believe it or not that, halo of light follows Sasha Grey wherever she goes.

The biggest crush of fans we saw this afternoon was for Hustler-master Larry Flynt. And he didn't even have to put on body glitter!

Jamye Waxman's vulva puppet (modeled here by Daisy Layne) will not complain if you are rough with it, but it also won't scream your name if you rub it the right way. Such are life's tradeoffs.

The line for fan admission at the Sands Expo Center is not as long as some rides at Disney World, but the payoff is much better than those silly teacups.

Even though they do most of the goddamn work, male porn performers aren't the ones being swamped by autograph seekers and camera phone wielders in Las Vegas this week. The natty and affable Tee Reel understands this and takes it in stride, slowly building his own business and name recognition as well as a well-deserved reputation of solid performances. We asked him how he prepares for the AVN Expo.

"I brought eight outfits for the Expo," he said, "and change them twice a day. I try to take a nap in the afternoon. I need to look good." Wow. Naps. Come to think of it, maybe these bags under our eyes might have something to do with why we're not sleeping with Jezebel.

Despite some questionable "advertising", and an even more questionable location (buried in the Sands Expo Center basement's "Fan Theater," which is neither a theater or filled with fans), Fleshbot crush object and sexpert extraordinaire Jamye Waxman continued her AVN Expo quest to deliver orgasms to the female population of the world. (From what we understand, she's also in favor of orgasms for guys.) To be frank, attendance was a bit low at her Good Sex Workshops at the AVN Expo this afternoon, but that's mostly because no one who wanted to be there could actually find the room where they were being held. Still, that didn't stop Jayme from imploring those about to enter the fray to take a few moments and learn the proper way to service a partner. Would the promise of free demonstrations by an actual porn star couple be enough to sway them? Only their sex toy distributor knows for sure.
